You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by answering queries, resolving issues, and providing information on our services.
Responsibilities :
- Handle incoming calls from customers with inquiries about products, services, and promotions.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback.
- Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department if needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our system.
- Provide information on products, services, and promotions in a clear and professional manner.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution of issues.
- Meet performance targets for call handling and customer satisfaction.
Skills Required :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
