Join us at B?K Modern, a cutting-edge architectural metal systems company located in downtown San Rafael, CA. We're seeking a dynamic Project Manager with experience in metal fabrication and back-end logistics to spearhead our national and international landmark projects.

We specialize in ultra-modern architectural metal systems, including balcony and stair guardrails, wall screens, canopies, and fencing.

What you'll do

• Oversees project lifecycles from the close of contract to on-site product delivery
• Coordinates scheduled with clients and industry partners to ensure top- tier quality for our custom architectural metal systems.
• Plays a key role within our studio, handling tasks such as submitting and tracking RFIs, change orders, and drawing submittals.
• Oversees client and engineering coordination, troubleshooting, and developing solutions for field issues.

What will make you successful

• 2-3 years in project management, specifically in Design / Architecture and commercial construction
• Familiarity with logistics in manufacturing industry. Issuing P.O, vendor coordination, shipping logistics, and samples coordination.
• Experience with AutoCAD
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Bluebeam
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
• Proven track record of effectively coordinating with clients within the building industry (installers, architect, general contractor)

What will make you stand out

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Experience with BuilderTrend or another CRM
• Experience in architectural metal fabrication
• Solidworks experience
