About the team and what we'll build together
The Product team develops and manages Kobie's suite of technology products and services offerings that help our clients deliver enterprise value through loyalty.
The Product team is accountable for ensuring our solutions are valuable and viable through fact-based knowledge of user and customer needs, the industry, competitive landscape, and the various constraints of the business.
The Product team influences teammates, as well as colleagues, stakeholders, and key executives, through effective use of data, logic, and storytelling.
How you will make an impact
- Develop and manage 3-year product roadmap for Kobie Alchemy® Loyalty Cloud's analytics (Compass) or member experience (Producer) product suites.
- Synthesize data and leverage subject matter expertise to build customer-centric business requirements for new products, features, and services.
- Enable marketing and sales to effectively communicate Kobie's unique value proposition to teammates, clients, and the broader market.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape and socialize SWOT analyses for your product category.
What you need to be successful
- 5+ years working on martech, data, or analytics software products as either a product manager, product designer, data analyst, software developer, or user researcher.
- Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery
- Loyalty product, program, or industry experience strongly preferred.
- An eye for good design and UX / UI
- Agency experience a plus
- Bachelor's degree
