In addition, the RN Designee is responsible for interpreting and monitoring compliance with policy and regulations to all nursing staff, providing relief in the absence of the SALSA, on-call as needed, following-up with family concerns as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIESRN with license to practice in the State of CTMinimum 1 year experience in Assisted Living and / or Home CareManagement experience preferred
