We are currently seeking an experienced, highly analytically, collaborative Business Intelligence Analyst Officer to join our Business Services Team.
In this role, you will provide the critical data analysis that drives strategic decision-making to support the growth of business services including Merchant Services and Treasury Management.
- You will be responsible for Business Intelligence (BI), wholesale banking reporting and data analysis, which includes : analyzing business intelligence data to help drive business and product decisions;
- blending historical data from available industry reports, public information, field reports or purchased sources as input to analyses;
- identifying and analyzing industry / geographic trends and competitor market strategies and monitoring current / potential customer trends;
- partnering with business units (e.g., Enterprise Data & Analytics, Marketing, Risk, Customer Service, etc.) to model the outcome of supporting the implementation of potential business strategies;
and conducting operational improvement analysis, change management consulting, data analysis and interpretation, executive presentations, action planning consulting.
Compensation :
The annual salary range for this level of role is $90,000 - $115,000 per year; commensurate with experience.
Work Hours :
Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (hours may vary)
The ideal candidate will have :
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering or Computer Science or five years of experience in performing analytics in a business environment
Proficiency in data analysis and research methods.
Certifications as
SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence 4.2
Tableau Desktop Specialist
ThoughtSpot Professional or equivalent
Minimum of 1years of experience in financial services or cash management
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business intelligence roles with increasing responsibilities and business intelligence tool capabilities
- Experience in supporting the completion of business intelligence projects from inception to delivery while using either a project management and / or agile management methodologies.
- Experience in supporting the analysis of unstructured data to form customer insights via the use of knowledge graphs.
- Experience with programming in SQL and Python.
