Seeking a Bilingual Spanish Speaking HR Admin. 2904
The HR Admin 2904 primary responsibilities include basic employee relations, orientation, onboarding, recruitment activities such as job postings, initial interviews / scheduling, and issuing offer letters.
Additionally, the role may involve facility walkthroughs to answer general questions and assistance with various projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly in using formulas and creating Pivot Tables, is essential.
Job duties :
- Administrative support to the HR team
- Updating reports - Headcount tracker, COVID tracker, tracking applicants and other reports as needed
- Basic employee relations support
- Payroll administrative support
- Vendor / staffing firm relations
- Helping with onboarding procedures of personnel
- New hire orientations
- Recruitment
- Other responsibilities as needed
Please be aware that proficiency in MS Excel is required, including the ability to create Pivot Tables and perform V-Lookups.
Moreover, as many files are still in paper format, comfort with handling and filing paper documents is also necessary. The role comprises 70% administrative support and 30% recruiting responsibilities.
Must be Bilingual in English and in Spanish
High School Diploma / GED
