Responsibilities :
- Smile and create emotional connections with guests
- Create eye contact and speak enthusiastically
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable
- Multitask quickly and effectively
- Communicate with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements :
- Cheerful, positive attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and customer service oriented
- Display core values of continuous improvement, hustle, and hospitality
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift / carry 25-40 lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to open at least 1 day during the week and either Friday or Saturday
