Milroy Construction is looking to add a Project Manager to our San Francisco Bay Area Team. This is a great position with a flexible schedule and work from home opportunities.

We are a general contractor located in Mountain View, California. Our current headcount is close to 50 and we are growing.

We primarily manage commercial and industrial construction projects in the Bay Area. We specialize in small to midsize projects and will often take on our clients' most technical and challenging work.

We pride ourselves in delivering a best-in-class project management experience, and are focused on teamwork and creating a positive work environment.

You will find us at many of the Bay Area’s most prestigious locations. Our portfolio includes projects with Stanford University, Applied Materials, Google, and Apple Inc.

In addition to top tier clients, we work with the Bay Area's best subcontractors and bring a great team to every project we manage.

We are looking for a motivated Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to specifications.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations; monitor and adjust as necessary.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process, proactively addressing challenges to keep the project on track.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
