Acting in the role of Owners Agent, the Project Manager - SIS is responsible for the planning and on-site execution of projects from initiation through completion of construction by providing project leadership, communication, coordination, and conflict resolution to ensure project goals are met.

Project Manager - SIS Required Qualifications :

  • 3+ Years experience in a Project Management role managing commercial building sector projects ranging in cost of $5 Million to $100 Million.
  • 2+ years working with a preconstruction team to plan projects for success.
  • 2+ Years of experience managing the design process and relationships between design and construction
  • Bachelors Degree Construction Management, Engineering, or 8 equivalent and 7+ years prior relevant experience

Project Manager - SIS Qualifications :

  • Professional engineering license (PE)
  • Certified construction manager (CCM)
  • Environmental specialist (ENV SP)
  • Healthcare experience- HCAI highly preferred
  • Construction project management, owner's representative / extension of staff experience
