• Position : SCM Operations Specialist
• Location : Roseville, MN
• Hours : Monday-Friday, 8a-5p

In office

THE POSITION :

Controls the Facilities Request (ServiceNow) dashboard and responds and follows up on all requests.

Reaches out to Vendors to perform maintenance on all sites.

Keeps records of contacts across sites.

Establishes local vendors at site level.

Works on and establishes getting enterprise vendors to use for all services.

Performs repairs as needed when on site.

Interacts with vendors when onsite for repairs.

Performs yearly inspections of all buildings.

Reports to site leaders about the finding of inspections and recommendations for improvements.

Follows up with site leaders and verifies improvements are completed.

Inspects Fleet Vehicles yearly to ensure employees are operating safe vehicles.

Reports to site leaders on the vehicle inspection findings.

Recommends to site leaders any safety hazards with vehicles and follows up to verify the recommendations are completed.

Recommends when fleet vehicles should be replaced.

Pediatric Home Service is a pediatric home health agency that has provided high-quality DME and nursing services to medically fragile children since 1990. Our services allow our clients to remain and thrive in their homes, schools, and communities. The majority of the clients we serve are age’s birth through 21 years old and have a variety of technologies that might include a trach, ventilator or g-tube.

SALARY RANGE :

At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically complex children. Every role, from direct patient care to customer support, plays a vital part in improving the lives of kids and families. The impact you make is invaluable. We are dedicated to offering fair and transparent compensation to our team members. The range for this role is $20.66 to $24.00 salary, based on experience and qualifications.
