Job Description / Executive Account Manager in HVAC

Commericial HVAC, with some Heavy and Civil Projects

Secondary Skills as Project Manager and Estimator a Plus

A leading HVAC and Civil Engineering Construction company is seeking an Executive Account Manager to coordinate and lead their field teams.

This is a great opportunity with a leading Contractor with projects of $50k-5M and greater.

If you are an experienced, high level Construction / HVAC Account Manager who can reliably deliver on maintaining relationships with existing large clients, and procuring new large accounts in the world of HVAC and Construction, who can also create accurate budgets and allow the construction process to run smoothly, let's talk.

Account Manager Qualifications :

  • Expert ability to understand project time-lines and budgets
  • Experience with project of $100k+
  • ability to lead construction projects in various phases concurrently a plus
  • Industry consistent work history
  • 5+ years as an Accomplished Account Manager, OR 7+ years’ experience as a Estimator, OR 5+ years as Project Manager with 5+ years Estimating
