One of our well-known Financial Services clients is looking for a talented Technical Project Manager to join their team! As a Project Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving strategic initiatives that shape our business.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance our technology, operations, and customer experience.

You will lead a variety of different types of projects including launching new products and services, large-scale application development, systems integration, operational efficiency improvements, process reengineering, and infrastructure upgrades and deployments.
This role is hybrid 3 days per week in Lone Tree, CO (Denver, CO) or Austin, TX.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Complex Projects : Oversee large-scale projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders, from product launches to system integrations.
- Deliver Results : Ensure projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget, while meeting or exceeding defined business objectives.
- Agile Expertise : Collaborate with Agile teams to deliver projects using Scrum methodologies.
- Strategic Thinking : Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that align with our business goals.
Qualifications :
- 8+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects in a complex environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum.
- Expertise in project management tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and make sound decisions.
- A passion for innovation and a desire to drive positive change.
Preferred Qualifications :
- PMP or PMI-ACP certification.
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Knowledge of JIRA or Confluence.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $64 to $70 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
