Job Title : TA Specialist

Location : Onsite - Alpharetta Office

Position Summary : The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying potential candidates to onboarding new hires.

This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to sourcing, interviewing, and hiring talent that aligns with our company culture and business needs.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various positions within the company.
  • Create and post job descriptions on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and company websites, to reach a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including direct sourcing, networking, employee referrals, and online platforms, to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback, maintaining clear communication, and offering a seamless recruitment process.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and provide guidance on hiring best practices.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
