A company is looking for a Sales Manager - Merchant Services who will manage a high-performing sales team focused on driving sales strategies in the regional / business banking channel.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a successful merchant / receivables sales team through recruitment, coaching, and training
Manage the customer relationship management (CRM) process and drive product primacy with regional bank customers
Forge partnerships with internal and external channel partners to enhance sales and support client engagement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 8 years of successful sales management experience in a financial institution, particularly in the payments industry
Strong understanding of SMB and Business Banking client needs and payment processing solutions
Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
Proven ability to motivate and manage a high-performing sales team
