Your Role with the Company
This is an opportunity to take ownership of the safety portion of the business and run with it! The Director of Safety manages and grows the safety department as The Company grows into a world-class organization.
You will have 15 direct reports to lead and cultivate. You will report directly to the CEO of the company. You will collaborate with the entire team including the Executives, Quality Manager, and Director of Fabrication and Operations.
An amazing opportunity for someone who’s wanting to work for a 1 stop shop construction company, The Company doesn’t sub out a lot of work, they can do concrete, steel walls, equipment, electrical, diverse work, never boring with 1300 to 1500 employees.

Background Profile
- History of working for heavy civil and / or industrial projects with an emphasis on piping
- 10 years of safety experience
- Experience managing a team of safety personnel
- Understanding of project controls productivity, cost reports, schedules
- Open to travel throughout the Rocky Mountain region job sites and offices, this is not a sit-at-your-desk job!
