Freebirds World Burrito is looking for talented Shift Leaders who are committed to providing exceptional guest service and passionate about leading others.

Requirements :
- Previous leadership experience
- Ability to work at a fast pace and high-volume workload
- Deliver crave-able food through recipe adherence and food quality standards
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures
- The ability to empower and mentor Tribe
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Must learn to cross-train in all positions
- Must get a manager food handlers certification upon hire
- Upon hire, must pass a leadership validation test
