As a member of the Coldwell Banker / NRT leadership team, Regional Vice Presidents are the driving force behind the success of up to 20 branch managers in their region.
They are responsible for all aspects of sales, profits, employee and agent relations within their territory.
Regional Vice Presidents are challenged to increase profits and drive growth by coaching and developing effective Branch Managers while supervising their sales and management activities.
They are team builders who identify and recruit outstanding candidates for future management positions through effective talent acquisition and succession planning.

Your Qualifications :
- Recognized real estate leader, with 8 years of progressive sales and management experience.
- Manager and motivator, with proven ability to effectively manage all levels of the organization.
- Problem solver, with excellent project management skills.
- Results driven, with strong business and financial acumen.
- Outstanding communicator, with exceptional people skills.
- Technologically proficient, familiar with various operating systems and programs.
- Education : a four-year college degree in a business-related field is preferred; licensed real estate agent.
