Van Chevrolet Cadillac Subaru, of the Berkshire Hathaway Group is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.
You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, closing deals, managing lead generation, and overseeing the hiring and development of your sales staff.

Responsibilities
- You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, closing deals, managing lead generation, and overseeing the hiring and development of your sales staff
- Sales Team Support : Work closely with sales associates to manage their daily work plan, ensuring tasks are prioritized and completed efficiently
- Work Directly with clients to CLOSE Sales
- Collaborate with other sales managers to address any unresponsive salespeople and provide coaching and support as necessary
- Sales Process Optimization : Work with sales associates and managers to ensure adherence to the sales process
- Review and enhance the process as needed to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Email and Communication Management : Respond to emails promptly, addressing inquiries, providing information, and coordinating appointments as necessary
- Ensure effective communication between the customers and sales staff, fostering collaboration and timely follow-up
- Appointment and Showroom Visit Tracking : Review set appointments with sales staff and management, ensuring accuracy and follow-up as needed
- Collaborate with sales associates and managers to ensure showroom visits are properly recorded and closed
- Team Training and Development : Conduct regular training sessions with salespeople to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the stores system and established processes
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to improve performance and achieve sales goals
- Sales Performance Analysis : Review closing percentages with salespeople, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance performance
- Collaborate with sales associates, other managers, and third-party providers
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools
