Description :
The ClickSafety Sales Coordinator / D365 Administrator is responsible for supporting the sales teams day-to-day sales activities in applicable markets including but not limited to AEC, industrial and manufacturing segments.
Support duties include but are not limited to adding administrators, locking, and unlocking accounts, adjusting unit / credit balances, requesting course integrations, developing client usage reports, setting up demo and trial accounts, merging accounts and transferring accounts between reps in CS Admin.
From a D365 Administrator standpoint, this individual will develop and share best practices, train existing and new D365 users and provide expertise and insight to the development team as we continue to enhance D365.
This position reports to the Sr. Director of Sales Operations and Enablement.
Responsibilities :
- Work closely with sales team around support in expanding customer base for products and services
- Create / add an Administrators and send welcome emails
- Lock and unlock accounts
- Reconcile and adjust unit / credit balances for integrated accounts
- Process requests for LMS integration course test files or links and send to the customer
- Develop custom client usage report subscriptions in (SSRS) per client parameters
- Set up demo and trial accounts for prospects
- Participate in the territory reassignment and update CS Admin to ensure a seamless transition between reps
- Merge two or more accounts for acquired companies
- Maintain / update changes for Administrators
- De-activate or re-activate accounts in CS Admin
- Perform mass user uploads
- Execute seasonal sales tactical strategies under guidance of sales operations director with input from sales management, including select correspondence or projects in support of territory growth
- Support in organizing and cleansing D365 database as required
- Develop and share best practices for all D365 users
- Provide insights to D365 development team as product is enhanced

Experience and Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- 1+ years previous ClickSafety sales or sales support experience required
- D365, MSFT Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Specific knowledge of ClickSafety customer relations and contact databases a plus
- Comfortable in a support role
- Must be able to prioritize and multitask
- Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving
- Ability to respond to requests with sense of urgency and take initiative as needed
- Good liaison with all other department members
- Candidates are required to have a valid drivers license and be able to maintain business expense submissions for reimbursement
