We are building our team in our Phoenix agency office. This position will be the first hire for this office, with the plan to hire 2 additional reps in the following 3-6 months.
This first hire will have the first chance to elevate within the company.
We are a logistics company that moves truckload freight through out the united states for a broad array of customers.
Operations reps use the tools that we provide on phones and computers to hire and manage the trucks and drivers that work for us on a daily basis.
The job requires proficiency on the phone and computer, plus a very driven and positive mindset.
The salary will start out modest with commission being added after training. Income potential will never be capped.
This is a very small company environment with large opportunities for income. We've had reps make 6 figures in this position.
It will start between $35,000 and $52,000 depending on the candidate and the salary to commission structure that is agreed upon.
