Qualifications
- Experience in sales
- Being able to develop strong relationships with insurance agents, adjusters and commercial referral sources
- Strategic thinker who can bridge client needs with internal team for best in class experience
- Professional communication skills with a proven track record of business development
- Metric oriented for both client service data and individual accountability
- Dependable, self starter who understands the urgency required to help affected clients
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen and driver’s license check
