The role involves managing industrial projects, working closely with general contractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Industrial Construction Project Manager position include :
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in industrial construction, with a focus on food processing and freeze-drying facilities, preferred
- Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Projects, and Bluebeam
- Oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring compliance with project plans and schedules
- Manage and coordinate with general contractors and subcontractors
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including charters, schedules, and budgets
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders
- Develop project proposals, RFPs, estimates, and schedules for business development efforts
- Ensure adherence to legally binding requirements and project criteria metrics
- Train, manage, and motivate the project team, resolving conflicts and technical issues
Salary : $110,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Benefits : This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance, a 401(k) plan, 5 sick days, and 2 weeks of vacation to start.
