About the Role

The Project Manager - Cloud and Migration at Trianz will oversee the successfulexecutionofcloudtransformationandmigrationprojects.

Thisroleinvolvesplanning, coordinating, and managing projects to ensurethey arecompleted on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.

The Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders, cross- functional teams, and clients to deliver seamless cloud solutions.

Job Responsibilities t Planning and Management : ·Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resources.

• Define project milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.·Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of cloud projects.
• Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet project goals. Migration and Transformation : ·Create strategies for cloud exploitation, including business case development and cloud architecture design.
• Lead the migration of on-premise applications to the cloud, considering re- building using cloud-native technologies or purchasing from Cloud SaaS providers.
• Architect migration approaches, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption to business operations.·Innovate delivery methods using agile and cloud tools to enhance project execution.
• Organize and prioritize applications to be migrated based on business criticality, complexity, and dependencies.·Experience in managing application inventories, documentation, and related metadata.
• Understand industry-standard frameworks and tools for application discovery and assessment (., CMDB, ServiceNow).·Understand the migration concepts of 6R Strategy - Rehost, Re-platform and Refactor etc.

older Management : ·Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.·Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly.

• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project objectives.·Have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with application owners, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, workshops, and meetings with relevant stakeholders.·Manage stakeholder expectations and addressing concerns or objections.

ce Management : ·Allocate and manage resources efficiently to meet project needs.·Collaborate with HR and other departments to secure necessary resources.

• Ensure team members are adequately trained and equipped to perform their roles. Management : ·Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.·Implement contingency plans to address unexpected issues.y Assurance : ·Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Implement best practices and industry standards in project execution.·Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with quality requirements.

Management : ·Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are within approved limits.·Monitor expenditures and report on financial performance.

• Identify and address any budget variances or financial risks.ntation and Reporting : ·Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and records.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.·Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.

Mandatory Skills · TechnicalSkills : Proficiencywithcloudplatforms(.,AWS,Azure,GoogleCloud), cloud architecture, and cloud services.

• ProjectManagementSkills : Proficiencyinprojectmanagementtools(.,MSProject, Jira, Trello) and methodologies (., Agile, Waterfall).
• Certifications : PMP,PRINCE2,orotherrelevantprojectmanagementcertificationsare preferred. Required Education · Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.

Required Experience ·14 plus years of IT Infrastructure experience ·Experience in managing large-scale cloud migration projects.

• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and security principles.·Experience with Migration,ModernizeandDevOpspracticesand tools.
• Familiaritywithcomplianceandregulatoryrequirementsrelatedtocloud computing·Minimumof7yearsofexperienceinprojectmanagement,withafocuson cloud computing and migration projects.

Compensation & Benefits for Fulltime Hiring.

Trianz compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay ranges between $130,000 to $1400,000 USD.

Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
