In this role, you'll serve as a dedicated assistant to our clients, providing personalized support and assistance to ensure their travel experiences are seamless and memorable.

Provide personalized recommendations and advice to clients, offering insights and expertise to enhance their travel experiences.

Liaise with travel partners and vendors to secure bookings, confirmations, and updates, maintaining clear communication and accuracy.

Address any issues or concerns that may arise promptly, providing assistance and solutions to ensure client satisfaction.

Maintain organized records of client interactions, travel bookings, expenses, and other relevant information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
