- $20 - $23 / hr. for little to no experience
- Up to $32 / hr. for experienced professionals
Hours :
- 1st Shift : 6 am - 4 : 30 pm, Monday - Thursday
- 2nd Shift : 4 pm - 2 : 30 am, Monday - Thursday
- Weekend Shift : 6 am - 6 : 30 pm, Friday - Sunday

Duties of the punch press operator :
- Operate punch press machines and assembly equipment to create parts and products
- Measure and visually inspect products for surface and dimension defects
- Read work orders, instructions, and blueprints
- Perform tasks such as deburring, grinding, sanding, filing, and polishing metal parts / products
- Maintain documentation accurately
Requirements for the punch press operator :
- Experience in manufacturing
- Ability to read Micrometers and Calipers
- Proficiency in setting up and operating Mechanical and Hydraulic Punch Presses
- Competency in changing dies
- Familiarity with the use of hand and power tools
- Capability to stand for extended periods of time
