We are excited to fill openings for behavioral therapy positions! Opportunities span from in-home, in-school and virtual ABA therapy.

Applicants do not require formal training or experience, but are preferred to have a background in psychology, social work, education or related fields.

This is fantastic hands-on experience for recent graduates and those looking to invest in a career working with children.

Job Responsibilities :

Implement programs based on ABA principles that increase communications, self-help and play skills

Manage inappropriate behaviors

Keep children motivated to learn

Provide intervention in home and community settings

Participate in trainings

Complete clinical and administrative tasks (data recording, session progress notes etc.)

Communicate confidentially and professionally with behavior analysts, supervisors, families and company principals

Qualifications :

High School diploma or higher

At least 2 year experience working with children with Autism and other developmental disabilities

Experience and knowledge of basic ABA principles and methods

Passion and enthusiasm for working with children

Previous work experience with children

Requirements :

Must have reliable transportation and proof of insurance

Must be willing to drive to client's homes and / or schools

Must pass TB and fingerprint clearance

Must have good references

Hours : Part Time Position with possibility to move to full time-mainly afternoon from 2 pm and evening hours.

Salary : $20-$27 - Completion of the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certificate, or willingness to enroll and complete RBT certification with Beautiful Minds Center.
