Job Description The Job :

As a Plumbing Designer, your responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to) :

• Preliminary plumbing system and piping layout
• Equipment research
• Preliminary pipe-sizing and calculations
• Quality control
• Overall support to project managers and senior engineers

The successful candidate will have :

• 3+ years experience in commercial design and / or field experience
• Working proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Knowledge of plumbing systems and equipment
• Knowledge IPC / UPC and IBC standards
• CPD Accreditation (or interest in obtaining)

Preferred qualifications for this role will include :

• LEED Accreditation (or interest in obtaining)
• BSME / BCE (or equivalent experience)
