Explains employee benefits by conducting meetingspreparing written and graphic announcements presentations andexplanations and responding to requests for information.
Provides management planning and control information bycollecting analyzing and summarizing employee benefit data andtrends.
Maintains employee confidence by keepingbenefit information confidential.
Updates jobknowledge by participating in educational opportunities readingprofessional publications maintaining personal networks andparticipating in professional organizations.
Collaborates with other members of HR team to driverecruitment and retention strategies through the deployment ofbenefits programs that adhere to best practices and ensure companyscompetitive position in talent acquisition with theindustry
