Engineering firm in Phoenix is seeking a Lead Structural Engineer / Project Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities :
- Create, execute and revise work plans as needed.
- Manage all aspects of a project and review deliverables before delivering to client.
- Manage project budgets.
- Manage project tasks to meet project schedules.
- Utilize staff effectively to successfully complete projects.
- Communicate with clients to effectively meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
- Continuously look for ways to improve processes.
Requirements :
- B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis.
- P.E. or S.E. preferred.
- 5+ years of experience as a structural engineer designing all building types.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
