We seek a dynamic and experienced individual to be our Salon Manager, driving growth and ensuring operational excellence.
Position Overview : As our Salon Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing staff, and ensuring the highest service standards are maintained.
In addition to managerial duties, you must be a competent groomer who can lead by example, train new staff, and set the standard for grooming excellence.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about pets, has a strong background in both grooming and management, and is looking to make a tangible impact on a growing business.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of skilled groomers and support staff
- Perform grooming services to the highest standards and train new team members
- Develop and implement strategies to increase salon profitability

Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a management role, preferably in the pet grooming industry
- Proven expertise as a groomer with a portfolio or references
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Passion for pets and providing exceptional care
