KeyResponsibilities :
- ProjectManagement : Oversee heavy civil projects frominception to completion ensuring they are completed on schedulewithin budget and to the highest standards ofquality.
- Field PersonnelManagement : Direct all field personnel fostering aproductive and safe workenvironment.
- RegulatoryCompliance : Ensure all safety compliance and qualityregulations are strictlyfollowed.
- Scheduling : Create and manage comprehensive projectschedules.
- BudgetMonitoring : Monitor project budgets and controlcosts effectively.
- ClientCommunication : Maintain clear and consistentcommunication with clients and project managers regarding projectprogress.
- SubcontractorCoordination : Organize and coordinate subcontractorsand overall construction siteactivities.
- MaterialManagement : Order necessary materials and scheduleinspections throughout the constructionprocess.
- Employee Recruitment andTraining : Effectively recruit train and manage newemployees.
- Reporting : Prepare detailed daily reports andtimecards.
Skills andQualifications :
- Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent(preferred).
- Leadership : Strong communication organizational and leadershipskills.
- TechnicalKnowledge : Excellent understanding of projectdrawings specifications and regulatory constructionstandards.
- ProjectManagement : Proven ability to lead craft labor andsubcontractors to complete projects on time and withinbudget.
