Senior PM - Content / Change Manager Digital Employee Experience

Summary :
In this role, you will support in managing aspects of the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) product and roadmap, specifically the Content Strategy function.
You will collaborate with internal and external business partners and customers to build relationships and work across the organization to streamline processes by developing process maps and creating project artifacts.
You will help foster a culture of curiosity and experience ownership that becomes the breeding ground for operational and innovative solutions to problems.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communications skills and a blend of strategic vision, thought leadership, and hands-on execution capabilities.
- Serve as an interim Knowledge Manager, ensuring Knowledge Articles meet clarity and formatting standards.
- Act as a liaison between technology implementers and users, fostering collaboration across teams for effective change management in digital experiences.
- Developing communication strategies for technology updates, identifying employee experience pain points, crafting messaging for various platforms, and maintaining consistency in corporate messaging.
- Monitoring technology changes, developing metrics to track impact, and building stakeholder relationships to enhance employee experience.
Qualifications :
- Over 8 years of experience in managing complex projects, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently or in teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft O365 and a relevant degree in fields like Marketing, Communications, or UX Research is preferred.
- Occasional travel is required.
