Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Entry Specialist at 4C2 Electrical Associates LLC. This individual will be responsible for tasks such as entering and updating data, maintaining databases, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
This role requires attention to detail and working efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements :
- Be punctual and show up to work on time
- Intermediate experience using MS Outlook
- Intermediate experience using MS Excel (assessment will be given before hiring)
- Be organized and detail-oriented
- Show initiative and responsibility
Qualifications
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Typing and Computer Literacy skills
- Experience in Administrative Assistance
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of data entry processes and software
- High school diploma or equivalent
