Staffing Coordinator

Ridgeview Place Assisted Living , a 54 bed assisted living located in Sauk Rapids, MN, is seeking a Staffing Coordinator / Receptionist.

This is the perfect position for a multi-tasker! This is a hybrid position that includes some work in records management, answering incoming calls at our front reception desk, supply ordering and maintaining our staff schedules and time sheets.

CURRENT NEEDS : Full time Monday-Friday

JOB SUMMARY :

As a Staffing Coordinator supporting the nursing department, you will prepare, adjust, and maintain schedules. You will be responsible for managing time records, time off requests, and provide reports / data, as needed, in accordance with parameters set by the Director of Nursing and state and federal guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Prior administrative experience, such as scheduling, is beneficial for this role
• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and team members
• Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation
