Job Title : Refrigeration Maintenance Technician 3rd Shift Location : Vineland, NJ Salary : $26.37 $37.60 / hr (plus shift increase and overtime potential) Position Overview : Join our team as a Refrigeration Maintenance Technician and contribute to our mission of quality production in a safe environment.
This full-time role offers a $5,000 hiring bonus and excellent benefits starting from Day 1. Key Responsibilities : Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain building components, refrigeration equipment, and utility systems.
Complete all necessary documentation, including log entries and reports. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production and utility machinery.
Ensure compliance with safety and food safety standards. Install and maintain equipment on utility systems as directed. Requirements : Minimum 3 years of experience or a graduate of an industrial maintenance training program.
NJ Black Seal Boiler License (High Pressure or higher). Experience in Electro-Mechanical or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work in cold environments (-20 to 40 F) with appropriate PPE. Flexibility to work varying hours and weekends as needed.
Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions. Benefits : Competitive pay with potential for rapid advancement.
