Program Support Assistant. This is a year-round 37.5hr. / week, benefitted position.
- Reporting to the Director, the Sr. Prorram Support Assistant will coordinate the college work-study program and processing tasks;
- is responsible for importing and exporting data from the Student Information System; report creation and generation of electronic communication to students and families;
apply broad based knowledge of regulations encompassing completion of FAFSA; and be able to understand and interpret financial aid procedure and financial aid packaging philosophy.

- proven customer service, communication, interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills; demonstrated proficiency with MS Office systems, including Word, Excel as well as relational databases;
- effective problem-solving skills; ability to multitask, prioritize workflow, adhere to deadlines, work effectively both independently and as a team member;
ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with faculty, staff, students and the general public.
Additional Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree; work experience in a College / University financial aid office; additional years of customer service experience;
knowledge of federal, USNH, KSC and Financial Aid policies and the ability to explain them.
