Job Summary
Under general supervision, provide a broad range of administrative and clerical support for one or more attorneys.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support (i.e. draft letters and memos, setup conference calls, coordinate calendar and meetings, process invoices and expense reports, assist with project management and contract review process, and assist with general office management tasks).
- With supervision, assist with certain administrative and organizational tasks related to closings of loan sale transactions, such as document management, recording of certain deeds and real estate liens, etc.
- Assist in preparing various legal documents and filings; organize, maintain and manage all files related to various transactions and matters.
- Coordinate activities and / or requests between internal and external counsel.
- Interact professionally with senior leadership and members of various teams and divisions within the company; address all questions, inquiries, and concerns in an immediate and responsive manner.
- Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role.
Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority in a timely fashion.
Performs other related duties as required.

Shift First Alternate Location Minimum Requirements
Minimum Education :
Completion of High School or GED equivalent.
Minimum Experience :
Five (5) years of experience in an administrative support role within a legal department or law office.
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities :
- Knowledge of basic legal process in litigation, real estate transactions, loan closings, legal judgments and the like.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to organize and facilitate information in a logical manner.
- Ability to be detail and project oriented and work with little direct supervision.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Additional Information
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities :
- Associates Degree or completion of an undergraduate degree program
- Experience supporting a legal office or managing a complex office
