Provides advice & support to the Residents and theirfamilies
Monitoring Residents andadministering medication and treatments
Documents Resident care services by charting in Resident& dept. records
Protects Residents &staff by adhering to infectioncontrol policies &protocols
Resolves Resident problems&needs by utilizing multidisciplinary teamstrategies
Assures quality of care by adheringto Facility philosophies & standards of care
Maintains Resident confidence by keeping informationconfidential

REQUIREMENTS :

Must hold valid RN License
35 years Long Term CareExperience
Experience Point Click Care isPreferred
Basic computer skills
Excellent communication skills and strong teamplayer
