As an Operations Readiness Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless transition of projects from development to operational deployment.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute comprehensive readiness plans, ensuring all necessary resources, processes, and systems are in place to support operational success.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement detailed readiness plans for new projects, initiatives, or system implementations, encompassing all aspects of operations including people, processes, and technology.

Work closely with project managers, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop customized readiness strategies.

Identify potential risks and bottlenecks that may impact operational readiness, and develop mitigation plans to address them effectively.

Resource Allocation : Coordinate with various teams to ensure adequate resources are allocated for training, documentation, and other readiness activities.

Stakeholder Communication : Facilitate clear and consistent communication with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on readiness progress and addressing any concerns or issues.

Performance Monitoring : Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the effectiveness of readiness activities, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.

Continuous Improvement : Drive continuous improvement efforts to streamline readiness processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management or project management with a focus on readiness planning and execution.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus
