Over the past 3 years, we have helped over 5000 businesses add a NEW approach to direct mail to their annual marketing strategies.

For years, direct mail has been approached the wrong way. In the past, companies have had to use very outdated strategies to send 1000's of postcards and spend 10’s of thousands of dollars per campaign to get results that kind of worked.

The Role : Performing Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Preforming Sales Manager to oversee our company's daily operations in our Sales department and drive the organization's growth and profitability.

Being a part of the leadership team, you'll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivering unparalleled customer experiences for customers of DOPE.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Hire, develop and manage the sales team
  • Lead from the front, communicate, solve problems and drive sales
  • Identify and implement process enhancements to optimize sales conversions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead conversions and give feedback on campaign performance
  • Champion sales by monitoring key metrics and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Develop and execute training programs to empower team members and elevate performance.
  • Collaborate with senior management to shape long-term customer success strategies.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to nurture continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in managing operations in a sales, team based environment with multiple products and offerings.
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on sales and profit growth.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for motivating and developing talent with a focus on guiding teams towards success
  • Experience in supervising teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Deep understanding of sales principles and best practices.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools; HubSpot experience preferred.
  • Collaborative mindset with a track record of cross-functional teamwork.
  • Experience in SaaS, Enterprise, Franchise or Home Service industries is a plus.
