The Customer Service Representative position will involve answering multiple phone lines, providing customer service to agency customers, receiving and processing insurance payments for existing customers, drafting letters & reports, and other additional clerical duties as directed by management.

Responsibilities
- Take premium payments from customers.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity.
- Answer incoming phone calls.
- Provideexceptional customer service.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
- Call prospective customers.
- Schedule appointments for sales staff to follow up with perspective customers
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, andservice requests within a specified timeframe.
