Required qualifications :
- PharmD in Pharmacy
- Bachelor's Degree BS in Pharmacy
- Upon hire : Texas Pharmacist Registered
- Within 2 years of hire National Certification from Board of Pharmacy Specialties
- 2 years of Hospital experience, or
- Pharmacy Residency.
