Job Description
- Position : Mid-Senior Level Employment Litigation Associate
- Location : Los Angeles, CA (hybrid role)
- Focus : California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases
Responsibilities
- Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings
- Draft and argue motions
- Take and defend depositions
- Manage multiple litigation projects in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- 3+ years of employment litigation experience
- Strong academic credentials, writing, and analytical skills
- Admitted to practice law in California
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
