We are Mae’s Market & Cafe, an all day food market, cafe & deli. We are seeking both Full Time & Part Time Deli Line Cooks to join our team!
Mae’s Market is an all-day food market located in Crystal City at National Landing where you can enjoy a high quality, made-from-scratch selection of coffee, baked goods, salads and gourmet sandwiches.
Mae’s is open seven days a week form 7a - 8p.

Ideal candidates :
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a deli, kitchen, or food service environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in using deli equipment and preparing deli products.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Reponsibilities :
- Assist with daily deli operations, including food preparation, slicing meats and cheeses, making sandwiches, and packaging products.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation, adhering to all health regulations.
- Ensure all deli equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
- Ensure all deli products meet Mae’s Market and Cafe's quality standards.
- Follow all standard operating procedures and policies.
