JOB DESCRIPTION
Manager Growth Marketing-Every Plate & Green Chef
In order to continue this growth trajectory of these two brands, we are looking for a well rounded strategic marketer to join as Manager, Growth Marketing.
The role will be focused on driving more business development and channel diversification opportunities.
You will
- Help grow a new company from its early stage and have the chance to make a serious impact from your first week
- Spearhead our business development function to develop a range of growth & revenue partnerships
- Deliver on opportunities to expand into the Influencer channel
- Drive ad hoc projects to better drive further channel expansion
You are
- You have 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, partnerships or a similar role within the direct to consumer space
- You have worked on some alternative marketing channel development and have made them successful from a customer economics point of view (e.
g. direct mail, direct sales, insert media, partnership marketing)
- You are entrepreneurial and have experience finding creative solutions to solve problems head-on.
- You are quick to act! You know an opportunity when you see one.
- You have great written and verbal communication and you can autonomously prepare presentations and pitch to various companies.
- You are data driven and can back up any argument with a sound business case or industry insight.
- You’re naturally attracted to marketing and solving customers’ problems. You’re not afraid to get your hands dirty to convince someone to try our products.
- You’re analytical, data driven and know how to use excel to create business cases to justify your ideas.
