Responsibilities :
- Manage and complete annual broad based and executive compensation surveys.
- Conduct market analyses and partner with HR and management to develop recommendations for new hires and internal roles.
- Partner with other HR, compensation and business professionals to execute programs that require cross functional collaboration, including annual compensation planning.
- Assist with recommendations on compensation programs for senior management.
- Assist with development and preparation of presentation materials for Compensation & Human Capital Committee meetings.
- Develop communication tools to help expand understanding of compensation programs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on compensation questions.
- Keep abreast of compensation trends as well as federal, state, local and / or provisional laws and regulations.
- Assist with managing equity plans through the Fidelity platform.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
- Minimum of 3 years in broad based compensation
- Experience in Banking preferred
- Understand of financial statements and the impact they have on compensation programs preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Preferred experience with Workday, Fidelity and PayScale
- Advanced reporting and database skills, including creating reports, updating data, running queries
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
- Excellent communication skills including speaking, writing and presenting
- Ability to establish positive working relationships across the organization
- Strong organizational skills; including effective time management
- Self-starter, pro-active, works with minimal supervision
