Description Clinical Pharmacist - Everett Medical Ctr Colby-Everett(HR) The clinical pharmacist I has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.

Or Bachelor's Degree Bachelor of Pharmacy. upon hire : Washington Pharmacist License. Preferred Qualifications : Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience.
