Position : Front Desk Staff

Spokane Valley, WA 99216

Hours : Part-Time (Evenings and Weekends Required)

Pay : $18 / hour

About Us :

As a member of our front desk team, you'll play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for our athletes.

Responsibilities :

• Member Enrollments : Assist new members with the enrollment process, answering questions, and providing information about our services.
• Customer Service : Be the friendly face of HumNow! Greet members and guests, answer inquiries in person and over the phone, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Administrative Duties : Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, light cleaning, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.

Qualifications :

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
• Available 10-15 hours on the weekends and potentially evenings during the week.
