Guest Services

  • Check guests in & out
  • Answer all incoming phone calls
  • Answer any and all questions from perspective guests to in-house guests
  • Assist in-house guests with requests in a timely manner
  • Check front desk email and fax during shift
  • Maintain and safe and functional room condition and common areas for all guests
  • Keep ice water fully stocked
  • Keep pool towels fully stocked

Cleaning

  • Clean breakfast room after breakfast
  • Keep front desk and lobby clean
  • Broom and mop all hardwood floors
  • Vacuum all carpeted areas in breakfast and lobby
  • Clean the coffee area through out the day
  • Assist with house cleaning such as Q Zone, public restrooms, vacuuming floors, etc

Maintenance

  • Fix minor maintenance issues as you see them, such as light bulbs, loose screws, etc
  • Assist with in house guests' minor maintenance issues when maintenance staff are gone
  • Report any maintenance issues to a maintenance staff member right away

Hours

  • We are currently looking a part time front desk agent. This position will start part time and can potentially move to full time, based on the needs of the hotel.
  • For scheduling purposes, we try our best to be flexible to your school or other scheduling needs, but we expect you to have open availability upon hiring
  • Please do not contact the hotel via phone, our front desk agents' time are reserved for guests. A Manager will contact you if you qualify for the position we are hiring.
