Job Summary :
Collette is looking for an experienced digital marketing professional to assist in the implementation and management of our paid search ad campaigns.
This role will be an individual contributor, reporting to the Performance Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience executing and optimizing SEM marketing campaigns with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.
Our business is rapidly growing, and we expect this role / team to grow over time as our digital commerce business continues to expand.
Primary Functions :
- Support planning, execution and optimization of paid search marketing campaigns with a focus on generating high quality leads across domestic and international markets
- Monitor monthly ad budgets and pacing while ensuring lead generation and acquisition targets are met
- Research and mine search query data to find new keywords to expand and target prospective travelers
- Assist in the creation of ad copy and landing page content and coordinate with in-house Creative team on needs, requirements and priorities
- Compile data for month-end reporting to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Regularly analyze performance metrics and data to identify areas of opportunity to achieve campaign performance goals
- Implement, monitor and troubleshoot tracking analytics tags across ad platforms, Google Analytics 4 and marketing automation / CRM tools
Knowledge and Skills
- Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
- 2+ years of experience in Paid Search / SEM / Analytics, either in-house or agency-side
- In-platform Google Ads management experience is required; Microsoft Ads experience preferred
- Demonstrated understanding of audience building / targeting techniques
- Data analysis and strong Excel skills
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Power BI preferred
- Experience working with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tool
- Excellent communication skills and ability to relay information concisely
- Ability to think creatively about how to solve problems
- Familiarity with A / B testing
- Availability to work in our Pawtucket office 60% of the time
- Experience in the travel industry is a plus, but not required

Salary Range : $43,000 - $73,000
